NI Glaz is a program that displays messages (both the usual dialog boxes and the Baloon Hints that pop up from the tray - your choice) about the need to rest or start working again at intervals that you specify - to help protect your eyes from the harmful effects of the computer.
Besides messages, the program will play sounds in WAV and MP3 format, turn the monitor on and off and play any files - EXE, AVI, etc. From the menu you can configure the program to start automatically at Windows startup. At any time you can pause the program or continue it again by selecting the "Pause" item of the context menu or by clicking on the program icon in the system tray.
