Pavel, install and run the program, double-click the icon in the tray, enter the text strings for quick paste and on the right the hotkeys to paste a particular string (eg, Ctrl + 1). Depending on the program where the text will be inserted, you should try different insertion methods (choose one of the four). Save the changes, close the editor window (but not the program itself, its icon should remain in the tray) and press the entered hotkeys. It is not a Russian-English translator, it is a program for transliteration, for replacing letters of one language with letters of another (for example, replacing Cyrillic characters with Latin characters, which is needed for visa application forms, correspondence with friends abroad, etc.).
