Tribes-X

Tribes-X - a team-based online 2D shooter featuring high-quality graphics, excellent sound, and killer gameplay highly reminiscent of Quake III in 2D. The game is built on the NFK engine and is fully compatible with it. Thanks to the modified engine and numerous innovations, the gameplay has become significantly more engaging.

In addition to the standard game modes (TDM, CTF, DOM, RAIL, DM), several new ones have been added. New features have been introduced, the physics have been partially tweaked, and the graphics, sounds, and models have been completely overhauled. New, highly detailed RTX maps have been added. Monster support has been implemented, and the player limit has been expanded to 16.

The game features the ability to write custom scripts/configs, as well as demo recording and playback. The base game package includes a wide variety of creative maps, bots, models, and a simple, user-friendly level editor.

Default Controls:

• MOUSE1, MOUSE2 — Shoot and switch weapons

• W, S, A, D — Movement keys

• G — Toggle aiming mode

• Q — Quick switch to chainsaw

• E — Quick switch to machine gun

• BACKSPACE, UP, DOWN — Bot menu controls

• TAB — Match statistics / Scoreboard

• F1 — Vote Yes

• F2 — Vote No

• F5 — Reset settings

• F9 — Game info

• F10 — Start match

Note: For your convenience, we recommend remapping the keys via the SETUP menu to your preference, or using your own config. To do this, simply copy your userconfig.cfg file into the BOTS folder, open the console, and type exec userconfig.cfg.
