And there are a lot of such cities in the list of the program. In addition, the forecast lies! And quite often...[:+2:]

The design of the program can be said so = at the level of DOS 1993. Or you can compare it with the first types of YORIC computers of the Japanese manufacturer in 1990. It has nothing in common with modern systems. A primitive program with brand name overtones, with restrictions on the days of the forecast and its own weather stations. My evaluation = 1. The forecast lies three times = in fact the whole day is sunny, and in the program rain with wind. But the truthful site of the weather center refuses to add[:+1:]
