X-Speedo

X-Speedo is a handy application for Android-based mobile devices. The numerical values that the speedometer can measure:

• Speed (km/h, mph, knots);
• altitude (GPS or web service);
• cyclometer;
• timer;
• digital clock;
• compass;
• maximum speed;
• average speed;
• route recording;
• accelerometer with variable speed start and stop;
• time measurement of the distance run (for example, 402 meters);
• stopwatch;
• location with reference to the map;
• available satellites and accuracy.

Available settings

The Android-Speedometer app has the following settings and features:

• Notification of leaving a given location;
• Headup-Display (HUD is a mirrored view mode);
• automatic night mode;
• changeable colors for night and day font;
• landscape mode;
• widget on the desktop (so it is desirable to download Android-Speedometer and install it on the internal memory, as the widget often does not work properly when installed on the sd card);
• location memory and pedestrian navigation to it (useful when searching for your car);
• export to gpx, kml and csv files and send this data (for example, to google earth);
• voice warnings about speeding (any speed value) or voice notification of the current speed.
