Constanta Tuner Express is a program for tuning a standard guitar. The tone frequency algorithm provides the same accuracy of 0.01% (0.2 cents) of the measured frequency value for all tuneable tones. The graphical interface of the program includes an oscilloscope and spectrum sound analyzer, a convenient tuning indicator and a graph of the tone frequency.
