Luma is designed to view files with .HEIC extension on Android gadgets. The program also allows you to quickly convert them to JPEG and does not require Internet access to work.

Program description:

This program will be useful for those who are used to storing images in HEIF high performance image format. Such images take up half as much space in the memory of mobile devices compared to other formats, which does not affect the quality of the image in any way.
