With Microsoft Teams app, working in a team and communicating with colleagues becomes even easier. With this application, you will be able to stay in touch with your colleagues, discuss different projects and work together on different documents at any time.

This program is a special Office 365 workspace for chatting. It allows instant access to all of your team's content at any time: from messages and files, to information about people and tools.

That said, Microsoft Teams lets you communicate in both private and group chats. All of them offer the same high level of privacy protection with strong message encryption and two-factor authentication. Besides, you can always keep up with the latest changes in the team's work by viewing the chat history from any of your gadgets.

One more pleasant feature of the program is a quick search of any necessary information on chats and group conversations, and also the possibility to find a contact by his/her name or e-mail address.

For even more convenience, you can customize your workspace by adding your most frequently used content and features, setting up alerts or mentions of you in chats, and saving important conversations for quick access.
