MobileFox is a call/SMS/MMS/Internet Connection Manager, which requests the balance via USSD. The program determines the cost for each connection by requesting the current balance from the operator. The balance is determined by USSD request (e.g. *100#). The purpose of the program is not just to display the current balance, but to build statistics of user activity to optimize the cost of cellular communication.
