Mobile Trade Remote Sales Agent (RSA) This application was created to greatly simplify the work of sales representatives, as well as to allow maximum automation of order processing in the trade enterprise, whatever accounting system (RS) is not installed on it (for example, 1C).

The following functions are implemented:

• sales representative has the ability to receive up-to-date information on his smartphone remotely via the Internet (Customer base, Balances, Prices, Accounts receivable, etc.);
• Orders are collected as quickly and efficiently as possible;
• Function of sending orders to the accounting system of the enterprise via the Internet is implemented;
• The ability to track the movement of TP in real time by GPS;
• collection of debits from customers;
• history of the last 3 visits;
• functionality to collect residuals from TPs;
• photo-reports;
• analytical reports;
• visit plans (route list).

Among the many advantages of this program is the minimum speed of application processing, which is a record 10 seconds from the start of the application to save the finished order. Unlike many analogues, this application was developed at an operating distribution enterprise in close cooperation with sales teams and is successfully used throughout Ukraine.
