MuseScore Android is a mobile score editing application with the ability to play back compositions, break them up into sections for individual instruments, and export them to PDF files.

The MuseScore app is designed for smartphones and tablets running Android version 4.1 and higher. The program interface is available in English only.

Description

MuseScore Android will be useful both for professional musicians and those who have just started to learn the music notation. The application features a simple interface and a wide range of options for configuring the display of notes. The main advantages include:

• Large library of sheet music. The application's library includes 700,000 compositions - all of them free of charge. Classical works, music from movies and modern tunes - with MuseScore Android you can play all your favorite compositions.
• View the notes behind the instrument. The interface of the program allows you to select only those notes that relate to the specified instrument - violin, piano, flute, etc. The notes for individual instruments will be highlighted during playback.
• Playing sheet music online. You can play any song while keeping track of the notes. You can turn up the volume of the selected instrument, so you can hear every sound of it in the song. You can also change the tempo and style of playback. A built-in metronome is available for calculations.
• The function of looping individual segments. When some passage is given with difficulty or you only need to learn it, the program allows you to loop the individual fragments of the song. So you can focus on the music without the distraction of having to rewind every time.
• Offline mode for viewing your favorite notes. Adding songs to Favorites allows you to download them to your device and access them even when you're offline.
• PDF export function. After editing the sheet music according to your instrument, you can export it in PDF format. The exported file will save all the changes - this allows you to adjust the compositions to your style and not have to play with the settings every time.

The MuseScore Android app is free, but there is also a paid version of the program. It has disabled ads and access to bonus files.
