As the program name implies, codecs are only required on devices with ARMv7 processor architecture, including NVIDIA Tegra 2. This includes gadgets such as the Galaxy Tab 10.1, LG Optimus 2X, Motorola XOOM, ASUS Transformer TF101, Acer Iconia Tab A500, as well as several others.
