n-Track Studio

n-Track Studio turns your gadget into a full-featured pocket recording studio. Record, edit and playback an unlimited number of tracks, mix them and apply some effects with it.

The n-Track Studio program for Android works in the following way:

1) First you need to record a basic track, using the built-in microphone of the device. This can be, for example, a rhythm guitar track. If necessary, you can also activate the metronome.

2) Then, by plugging in standard headphones, record a solo or vocal track while listening to the first recorded track.

3) After you finish recording, you can press the "Play" button and listen to all the recorded tracks at the same time, and use the mixer or EQ in real time.

4) Finally, the result can be saved or emailed to friends and family.

Among the features of the program it is also worth mentioning the possibility of recording an unlimited number of tracks. The maximum number of tracks supported will only depend on the capabilities of your mobile device.

Also, the program supports working with audio USB devices, allowing you to record with 4 or more incoming channels, as well as in 24 bit quality, in case this is supported by the device.

In addition to that, the program supports USB MIDI keyboard, has an equalizer with built-in tuner, spectrum analyzer and sonogram, a set of 8 effects, including reverb, echo, chorus+flanger, tremolo, fader, etc.

With n-Track Studio you can import your existing wave compositions, export your projects in .sng format, and continue working on them with n-Track Studio for Windows, n-Track Studio for Mac OS or n-Track Studio for iOS.

Note that working with multiple tracks and audio monitoring can be difficult on some devices due to audio delays. In such cases, it makes more sense to use a separate mixer. Minimal sound delay can be achieved on devices with Android version 4.2 or higher, with Audio Fast-Path support, for example, on Nexus gadgets. Also, the use of USB audio devices will help to reduce the delay.
