ONLYOFFICE Documents ONLYOFFICE Documents is a document management application for ONLYOFFICE portals. Access your files in the cloud and manage your documents at any time from any device. Connect third-party cloud storage: Google Drive, Yandex.Disk and more. Collaborate on documents with other members of your team.

• View and edit office documents.
  With ONLYOFFICE you can view, create and edit any office document - text files, spreadsheets and presentations. Basic ONLYOFFICE formats are docx, xlsx, pptx. Other popular formats (doc, xls, ppt, odt, ods, odp) are also supported.
  The pdf files can be opened for viewing. You can also save and download documents in pdf, txt, html, csv formats.
• Document access rights.
  Choose your level of interaction with your colleagues. ONLYOFFICE lets you set access rights for a document: read only, review or full access. You can share a document with individual team members and with entire departments, as well as with unregistered users via an external link.
• Collaborative editing.
  Multiple users can edit the same document at the same time. In ONLYOFFICE editors, this collaborative editing mode is called quick editing: you see the cursor and characters that your colleague is typing immediately, in real time.
• Cloud storage connectivity.
  Get all your documents in one place and work with them from one app. Connect the third-party cloud services you use - Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Yandex.Drive, SharePoint, ownCloud, Nextcloud and more.
• Manage your documents in the portal.
  Upload and download files, sort, rename and delete them. Note: you can work with the application if you already have a registered ONLYOFFICE portal - corporate or free personal. If you don't have a portal, create one directly in the app.
