Runtastic Heart Rate is a program for measuring your heart rate with the camera of your mobile device. Follow the instructions in the program, put your finger to the device camera and the app will do the rest. You can save your measurement history and track changes, as well as save the results to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or send them by email.
