In order to determine the direction to the satellite using SatFinder for Android, you just need to stand near the dish and wait for the best accuracy, then fix the point. After that you can do this by long pressing on the screen of the mobile device or through the menu of the program. After this you need to step aside and achieve the most accurate match of the current azimuth with the calculated one.

SatFinder uses GPS coordinates to determine the user's location, which allows for high accuracy with an accuracy of only about 5 meters. However, for the most accurate determination of the current azimuth the developers recommend moving 50-100 meters away from the first point.
