This application can only be used in conjunction with ClockSync 1.1.6 and later versions, it does not create icons, it cannot be launched and there is no interface. Do not install this application if you do not use ClockSync. TimeZoneDB application is based on Joda Time 2.0 library and Olson time zone database, it provides ClockSync current information about time zones, their current offsets and daylight saving time rules. The database runs as a service that ClockSync runs when needed and is used to retrieve the data.
