Toontastic 3D is a fun application from Google that gives you the ability to create your own cartoons, on your cell phone screen.

How Toontastic 3D Works

With this program it will be extremely easy for you to create your own cartoons. Interestingly enough, you don't even have to draw anything yourself. You only have to choose the desired duration, the scene and the characters from a proposed list. If you want, the program allows you to draw your own character, but the built-in list offers a huge number of ready-made characters for every taste. Choose one or more and then place them on the site. You can interact with all the characters as well as move them around the screen. A nice feature will be the ability to voice the created cartoons. And when you're done creating a scene, the app will offer to superimpose music, grouped into convenient categories.
