Advanced Launcher is a program that allows you to create any number of quick launch panels on the desktop and icons for quick launch programs in the tray. The panels take up minimal space so that they don't interfere with other programs. When you click a button on a panel, the program can either start the application or show you a menu that is fully customizable to your liking.
The menus can also show the contents of system folders, for example the desktop or the Start/Program menu. Panels can be docked to the edges of the screen, automatically hidden, and minimized to a tray for use as a pop-up menu.
