AlterCam is a program with which you can apply various effects to video from a simple webcam in real time. It also allows you to broadcast video from the camera to multiple applications at once. The program can work with various applications, including Skype.
AlterCam contains a huge variety of effects such as blur, mosaic, etc. You can apply these effects individually or combine them to get completely new effects. Effects can be applied "live", during the broadcast.
AlterCam also allows you to add images and text over the video. You can also use this program to broadcast anything that happens on your computer screen (with/without a webcam image).
