Angband is a computer role-playing game.
The game is set in the fortress of Angband, the second stronghold of Melkor.
The goal of the game is to destroy Morgoth, the lord of darkness. But even after the destruction of Morgoth the game can continue, going deeper and deeper into the caves of ancient Angband. The game starts by choosing a character. You can choose from several races and professions. After which the character finds himself in a town with several stalls and his own house. From here begins the advancement to the hundredth level of the dungeons of Angband, where the protagonist awaits the final battle with Morgoth.
