ArtCursors is an excellent Windows utility for working with cursors. It allows professionals and amateurs alike to create and edit cursor images and work with cursor files and libraries.

ArtCursors allows you to:

• create and edit static and animated cursors of different sizes with a palette of up to 16 million colors;
• Create and edit 32-bit cursors with an 8-bit alpha channel;
