AudioNodes

AudioNodes is a free program for creating melodies. It is based on a modular approach to generating sounds. By adding sound source modules, effects, analyzers, and other instruments, you control the final track. This approach makes it easy and intuitive to experiment and mix sounds by simply dragging and dropping modules and changing their properties. A demo track is included to help you get familiar with the program's features. You can drag and drop modules, clone them (including their properties), and change their properties (double-click to open the settings panel). Modules can be cloned, including their properties.

AudioNodes allows you to import audio files and use them as an audio source. Also this audio editor allows you to use regular and melodic oscillators of different wave types, insert white noise, record your own voice or other sound, and load samplers. As for audio effects, you can experiment with universal and bandpass filters, add chorus effects, insert croissfade, delay, distortion, echo, and more. Each effect has its own settings panel. The resulting audio file can be exported in WAV, OGG, AAC, or MP3 format.
