Bookmark Notes is a program that lets you add your own comments and short notes to bookmarks in Internet Explorer. Bookmark Notes adds a special tab (Notes) to the bookmark's properties (to see it, right-click on the bookmark and select "Properties"). The added comment will be shown in a tooltip when hovering over the bookmark.
