Bulldoc is a program for building documentation based on text files that can be stored in svn. Documentation can be built either as a static set of html files with classic menu navigation, links back and forth, or you can prepare project files for building in chm using the Microsoft CHM SDK.
The program works in two qualities - as a web application running the Apache web server, or as a console application from the command line. In the first case, you can see the results of your edits without building the project into static files, from the command line you build the already written help in a form ready for use by end users (static HTML or CHM).
