Caderno is an easy-to-use text and source code editor. If you look objectively, there's really no reason to use this editor. All the same things, plus a huge number of other plushies, are available in more widely used editors: Notepad++, Sublime. Of course, if I were shown something like this as a result of student work, I'd be all for it, but passing it off as a ready-to-use product... what for?
