CamBlocker is a program with which you can disable the webcam connected via USB or integrated in your laptop. It comes in handy if you just want to disconnect the camera when it is not needed, or to prevent possible surveillance through it. In the main window of the program you can see all webcams connected to your computer. If you have several webcams connected to your computer, you can disconnect the ones you don't need at the moment or all of them at once.
In addition to webcams, CamBlocker also allows you to disable microphones. You can see the list of microphones that are connected to your computer below the list of cameras. To disable unnecessary devices, just click on the checkbox next to the device name. The program supports a large number of webcams and microphones, both built-in and connected via USB. It sits inconspicuously in the system tray without drawing extra attention and can automatically block devices at Windows startup or when they are connected to your computer.
