CMDR is a program designed for system administrators. It is a graphical shell for the PsExec utility that allows you to execute commands on remote computers. The shell gets rid of the monotonous set of commands and simplifies and speeds up the work with a large computer fleet. It is enough to enter the ip-address, the login and password of the administrator and to choose the command. Entered commands can be saved. For remote inventory, function of writing to registry and reading from registry data (inventory number, etc.) is added.
There is function to write and read description of remote computer. You can enter one ip-address - 192.168.1.1, group of addresses - 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.2 etc. or all computers in the domain - *. If the field is left empty the command will be executed on the local computer. Examples of commands: -c -f setupProga.exe /SILENT - copy to remote computer and silently run installation (if supported). cmd /c "c:\test.exe" - run the file on the remote computer. net send PC1 TEXT OF MESSAGE - sends a message to PC1 from the remote computer net use X: \PC1\C - connect drive "C" of the remote computer PC1 to the managed computer xcopy C:\test\*.* X:\TEST\*.* - copy directory C:\TEST from the managed computer to the connected drive C of the remote computer PC1 Important! You must specify path to psexec.exe in program To copy file to remote computer it must be in folder c CMDR.exe psexec must be found by yourself.
