Description

CPU-Control is a free program for CPU control whose main functional task is the efficient use of the power of multicore processors. It allows you to reduce the load on the PC by distributing the launch of programs, with a dedicated core for this task. This allows you to increase the speed of your personal computer or laptop.

Features of the program CPU-Control:

  1. Simple installation on your PC or laptop.
  2. Russian language support in the menu.
  3. CPU-Control is effective on PCs with multi-core processors when each core is configured to perform certain tasks.
  4. The utility proved itself perfectly during work with 2, 4, 6 and 8-core processors.
  5. CPU-Control users can choose from 5 modes of operation: automatic, manual, CPU1 (using the 1st core), CPU2 (using the 2nd core) and disabled optimization mode.
  6. In automatic mode, starting a new application switches the system to a new core. This process is the best for novice users.
  7. The manual mode CPU-Control is the most suitable for experienced users as it allows them to define for themselves on which cores they will run certain programs. Just select a process from the list and use the drop-down menu to select the combination of cores it will run on.
  8. The program is compatible with Windows XP, Vista as well as Windows 7 and 10.
  9. To work with Windows 8, you must run in compatibility mode.
  10. CPU-Control developers have implemented the possibility to create scenarios of optimal CPU operation with the function of saving the configured profile.
  11. Saved profile settings cannot be saved in a separate file. After reinstalling the system you will need to reallocate the CPU operation.
  12. Autorun option along with Windows startup.
  13. You can allocate several processes for one core at once, and vice versa - one task can be distributed among several cores.
  14. With CPU-Control you can get advanced statistical information about your CPU.
  15. The software uses minimal computer resources to start and run.
