CryptSync is a simple utility for synchronizing two different folders with parallel data encryption to ensure file protection when synchronizing with cloud storage services like OneDrive, DropBox or Google Drive. File encryption occurs during synchronization.
The program uses the LZMA SDK algorithm to protect data. Encrypted files are packed into an archive, which you can open with any archiver. However, in order to access the encrypted files, you will just need to use any archiver. Of course, it will be necessary to enter the password that was used in CryptSync.
If you want, you can use the GnuPG algorithm. But it is worth bearing in mind that in this case the encrypted archive may get more, original files.
In general, this program can be used not only with cloud storages, but also with external drives or network storages.
