I've been using this utility for several years now - it's a very handy Windows add-on. Earlier I had to run periodically a defragmenter from some third-party company (I didn't like the Windows one), such as Diskeeper, O&O Defrag with Registry Optimizer... But I did not want to overload the system auxiliary means of optimization, and even run it forcibly. Therefore, I use AuslogicsDisk Defrag Screen Saver.
