Elmer is an application that creates tests to help you prepare for your amateur radio license written exams.
It contains all the questions developed by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) for each of the five levels: Novice, Technician, General, Advanced, and Extra Class.
Elmer offers the user simple tests, at the end of which incorrect answers to the questions will be shown. The program will also tell the user if they have "passed" the exam.
