Express Dictate

Express Dictate is a professional voice recording program. It is essentially a voice recorder for Windows. Record your thoughts, lectures, voice memos, etc. There is a function of sending by mail or uploading to FTP-servers directly from the program.

The program allows you to record your voice, manage and play back recordings at different speeds. You can assign hotkeys and even voice commands to all functions, including playback controls.

Express Dictate saves the recordings to disk in DCT, WAV or MP3 format. If you want to share your recordings with others, you can do so right from the program. There are two ways to do it: send it by mail or upload it to a remote FTP server.

The recorder window can be docked over the other windows for quick access at any time. Files can also be attached to recordings and the recordings can be backed up locally, to a network computer or CDs.
