Description

Extensions for Windows is the first modular update for Windows XP and Vista developed by the community.

Contains lots of new programs and features embedded in Windows as if they were part of it

  • Advanced Windows Explorer (2-pane file manager) Easily copy and move files between multiple drives and folders using 2 panes open at once, use bookmarks for quick access to folders. Sync any folders or backups, MP3 players, etc.
  • Print and record screen Take screenshots of your screen or region, save to a file or email with one click. Record what's on your screen in a video file and send it to friends or colleagues.
  • Hotkey Manager Do you know all of your Windows hotkeys? Hotkey manager displays all Windows hotkeys, lets you customize them or add new ones for your programs, documents and folders.
  • Image Converter Easily convert between photo formats, e.g. JPG to GIF, GIF to PNG. Reduce or enlarge images, remove imperfections from photos.
  • Disk analyzer Disk analyzer will help clean up your disk and find the largest files. You can easily move them to another folder, to another drive or just delete them.
  • FTP and SFTP client Now you can add FTP or SFTP servers directly into Windows Explorer and work with remote files and folders in the same way as with local ones.
  • Improved Task Manager New Task Manager features will help you monitor local disk activity, see what connections are established to your computer from outside.
  • File Compression Decompress different archive formats, especially useful for files received by e-mail or downloaded from web sites.

trial version for three months and then like to pay but in reality programs that run under it then have to download separately and the programs are nothing particularly new to use for everything there are analogues such as Norton commander full analogue of their extension for Explorer, etc. sucks in short it is lucky that I have unlimited or else it would be a shame
