Fab's AutoBackup

Fab's AutoBackup is a file backup and restore program that will help you save important data, whether it be any files or Windows settings, from deletion due to user action, viruses, hardware problems and other nasties.

Unlike many other programs in this class that throw a lot of confusing settings at the user, this program remains simple and accessible to users with little experience. This is due in part to its intuitive interface, with backup data types arranged in separate tabs. Plus, there aren't a huge number of obscure settings.

Fab's AutoBackup can copy a wide range of data. This includes Windows user account data (panel settings, standard folders and so on), files and settings for web browsers, e-mail clients, Microsoft Office, messengers, desktop clients and a number of other programs, installed drivers and so on.

Additionally, this program can make a backup copy of any folder or file on your hard drive. It also comes in handy when you just need to transfer some data from one disk to another. It has a separate function for this purpose.

Of course, the program not only makes backups. It also restores data from the created copies in case of accidental deletion, any failures, etc.
