FastStone Image Viewer

A program for viewing, organizing, and editing images in most graphic formats. It has a simple interface, understandable even to the average user. The program is russified, suitable for Windows (version 10 and below). There is a portable version, which means that the program can be installed on a computer or laptop or run from a flash drive without any pre-installation.
