Foxit Reader is application software for creating, viewing, and signing PDF files. The program is a less demanding to resources, lighter and faster alternative to Adobe software package. Compatible with modern operating systems - Windows (versions 10 and under), for which it is available free of charge, and others. Used on desktop computers, laptops and mobile devices. It has a simple and easy-to-use interface with a customizable toolbar. Supports the Russian language.

Creating

With FoxitReader PDF files are created either by importing information from Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel or by scanning paper documents. The resulting PDF files meet industry standards and are fully compliant with other applications designed to work with this format.

Viewing

Files can be viewed in a variety of modes, including continuous scrolling and zooming. Document orientation changes from portrait to landscape and vice versa.

FoxitReader is compatible with JAWS which allows to give voice commands. Thus it makes the content of PDF file accessible for the blind and visually impaired with the help of screen text voice or refreshable Braille display.

Operation

The program allows you to add pictures and videos to a PDF file, fill in empty fields, add and edit bookmarks and comments, and manage digital signatures.
