GifCam is a fun and easy-to-use application that lets you create and edit various GIF files right from your desktop.
With this fun program you can make your recordings with a kind of virtual camera that you can place on top of everything, change the position and size and so on.
You can create animated drawings, video tutorials, moving avatars and even your own memes. You can make both permanent recordings and frame-by-frame recordings, and later delete what you don't need.
GifCam also lets you record screen actions, including moving your cursor and choosing to record in groups of 10-16 frames per second.
