IEDesignMode is a small program that adds a "Designer Mode" item to your Internet Explorer menu in which you can control the contents of an html page. In Designer mode, the following options are available: move pictures and other objects, change text, add text to the page, and so on. After you edit the page, you can switch to normal mode and save the page as an html file.
