Investment analysis (business plan)

Investment analysis (business plan) is a program for developing the financial section of a business plan and assessing the effectiveness of investment projects.

The program allows you to automatically prepare the financial section of the business plan, allowing you to calculate the effect of:

• Commissioning of new production, provision of works, provision of services;
• Replacement of obsolete equipment with new, to increase sales and product quality;
• Increase in output of products and (or) expansion of the market of offered services;
• Any other investment of funds.

The program allows not only to calculate the effect of the introduction of those or other innovations, expanding production, etc., but also in the process of calculation (and at its end) to obtain statistical information on sales, fixed assets and non-current assets, personnel, costs, financial investments, etc. The program allows to calculate and analyze the following groups of investment project efficiency indicators in dynamics:

• Indicators of commercial (financial) efficiency, which take into account the financial implications of the project for its immediate participants;
• The indicators of budgetary efficiency, reflecting the consequences of the investment project on the federal, regional and local budgets;
• Economic efficiency indicators that reflect the costs and results of the project and take into account the interests of both its participants and the interests of the country, region or city.

The program allows you to calculate the following list of indicators of financial efficiency of the project:

• The simple payback period of the project;
• Discounted payback period of the project;
• Internal rate of return of the project;
• Net cash flow;
• Net discounted income;
• Profitability index;
• Budgetary efficiency;
• Integral budgetary effect;
• Other indicators, which you can calculate on your own, using the initial data of the program.
