The IRoNDooM software module provides everything you need to analyze your training and results and allows you to make adjustments to your training system and determine the steps needed to improve your performance in your sport of choice.
The IRoNDooM program allows you to plan and save up to 3 workouts per day, import and export workouts to and from files, calculate the necessary training load, assess your proportions using known calculation schemes of professionals, operate with rating standards, save the resulting reports to files in various formats, etc.
The program saves the results in three database files (Training database, Exercise database, Food database) which allows you to easily operate the databases as separate units (create, delete, copy, share with friends, post on the Internet, etc.). Additionally, manual editing of databases in Microsoft Access is possible.
