Light Alloy Portable is a portable version of the fast and convenient player in which you can watch any video or listen to music without installing additional codecs. It has a nice interface (with skin support) and provides all the features that a modern player should have.
It is a universal media player. In addition to the usual video files and music, it can play DVDs and BDs, as well as online radio and TV channels. And the most important thing is that you don't have to worry about additional codecs - everything you need is already there. So you can enjoy your favorite content as soon as you install it.
Light Alloy Portable is no different from the regular version in terms of features. It is also able to work with playlists, switch audio tracks, support subtitles, etc.
Another useful feature that other Windows players don't have is the frame preview. When you hover your cursor over the timeline below the video, a small preview window appears (like on YouTube), which makes navigating through the video much more convenient.
The player also has a timer. It allows the player to shut down/sleep, close, or perform other user-selected actions at the end of the current file/playlist or at a preset time. Quite useful for those who like to fall asleep to music or movies, for example.
