LinkCollector

This is a simple program for semi-automatic collection of links (URLs) and accessing them. The interface is in Russian and English, built-in help, hotkeys, hints. It does not require installation. Automatically creates a directory and files to start working immediately. You can add an arbitrary number of directories, assign them arbitrary names, add a title comment and comments to each link. Catalogs can be viewed and edited in any text editor, regardless of the program. The program does not require installation, it has been tested on 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Windows-10, the x64 processor, as well as on 32-bit Windows-7. The program creates a directory with the name .\files_with_links and 2 directories to get started. A directory of directories is also automatically created - a list of all files located in this directory and help files. There are 6 buttons in the program window - for adding a new link to the catalog, for accessing any link, for generating and viewing help, for forcibly updating the catalog of catalogs and for viewing the catalog of catalogs. There are two text fields - for entering commands and an information field. Directories can be added at any time, for this you need to copy the directory created by the program, assign it any name in English without spaces, you can use underscores. You can immediately add a title comment. You can simply create a file in the format .txt, UTF8. You can use the keyboard shortcuts and the TAB and ENTER keys.

Version 010124f_6 adds a convenient dictionary for inserting pre-prepared phrases into any form or document. You can use keyboard shortcuts or a pop-up form with a dictionary page.
