Very often people wonder if there is a program that would show loaded DLLs in Windows 9x or NT. I could not answer this question until I found out about the program tlist from the Windows NT resource kit, which allows you to get such information. I decided to write a free version of such a program, ListDLLs. In contrast to the tlist program, ListDLLs shows the full paths to the files of loaded modules, and not just the module names themselves. Additionally, it flags the loaded DLLs with a different version than the one on disk (this usually happens when updating the library file after it has been loaded) and indicates which DLLs have been moved because they were loaded at a different base address.
