MailDetective for Exchange Server is a program that allows you to analyze company mail traffic using server log files as input data. Reports generated by the program show the distribution of traffic by recipients and senders. The program sorts the data and allows printing and exporting the reports. Information is presented visually using diagrams, the parameters of which can be changed in the report settings.
The product is a development of the well-established MailDetective program. Besides focusing on Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003, key features of the new product include the ability to work with several servers at the same time, as well as the fact that there are no database size limitations. Additionally, MailDetective for Exchange Server generates additional reports including the subject of the mail. The program supports databases on Interbase 6.x/Firebird, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express servers. Important features of the program are easy installation and operation, a clear interface in Russian. Due to these features, it can be used by a wide range of users: from specialists of technical departments to managers of all levels.
