With MKVToolNix you can view, add and parse tracks, chapters and tags, as well as edit various information about the video file. For example, when working with a track you can give it a title, choose a language, edit tags and timecodes.
In addition, the program lets you select the frame format (aspect ratio), set the FPS (frame rate) parameter, crop the frame, set the compression mode, and embed external files in the video.
