Mouse Hunter is a free utility that optimizes the work with the mouse wheel.
When you rotate the mouse wheel, it scrolls the user interface element below the cursor, not the element with the input focus (which reacts to keyboard input), as it usually does in Windows. Works in almost all applications.
Places an icon in the Windows system tray (next to the "clock").
Left click on the icon - to enable or disable the Mouse Hunter.
Double-click the left button - Mouse Hunter settings.
The right button on an icon - the context menu.
In the settings you can enable horizontal scrolling if certain buttons are pressed.
