Offline Explorer is a program with a user-friendly and flexible user interface and the widest list of supported Web technologies: various proxy servers, cookies, a built-in Web-browser and a Web server to improve local browsing. It can recognize and load links from HTML files, Java and VB scripts, Java classes, Macromedia Flash (SFW), CSS, XML/XSL/DTD, TOC, PDF, M3U, AAM, RealMedia (SMIL, RAM, RPM) and MS NetShow Channel (.NSC) files.
URL filters allow you to flexibly set up downloads of only the files and sites you want. There are tools to automatically connect to the Internet, search for downloaded sites, export to different formats (including for burning sites to CD), download speed control and much more.
