The program doesn't even start - it is thrown out at startup... also, it requires a healthy Net Framework. Older versions were much better - the latest ones are impossible to use.
In short - it was a good project, but turned into a poppy combine.

I tried to transcode mp3 file CBR-320 kbps to VBR - new (V0). Outputs old CBR file. Not such a good program :(
