Description

Parted Magic is a program that lets you create, move, delete disk partitions, back them up, resize them, test your disks for damaged sectors, and more. The following file systems are supported: ext2, ext3, ext4, fat16, fat32, hfs, hfs+, jfs, linux-swap, ntfs, reiserfs, reiser4, xfs. Work with RAID and LWM is also possible. Besides the user can connect to the Internet using Start Network utility, there is a possibility to listen to the music files due to the sound drivers, there is a file manager and so on.

It is not installed, but written to a CD as an image with nero or UltraISo and works by booting from that CD
